Emma's on the Boardwalk is available for all weddings and corporate events 7 days a week. We believe that weddings should be special days for our patrons and we pride ourselves in making it a special day for all of your guests too.

Canapés on Arrival

Prawn and Avocado on an Orange and Mesculin Salad with a Sweet Mustard Seed Dressing

Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and Fresh Asparagus, English Spinach, shaved Romano served with a Horseradish dressing

Grilled Wild Barramundi, lemons grass and Roasted Cashews with a Lime Vinaigrette

Or

Tender Mount Barker Chicken Breast filled with Prawn Mousse, wrapped in Prosciutto and served with a Tarragon Cream Sauce

Roast Fillet of Pork seared and covered with a Dark Cherry Glaze
